Facile :

dans le VirtualHost :80 :
    ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/error-http.log
    CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access-http.log combined

dans le VirtualHost 443 :
    ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/error-https.log
    CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access-https.log combined

Après reste à configurer correctement awstats :)
