"Quicktime for Linux 1.0.0

Adam Williams - April 10th 1999, 11:37 EST

The Quicktime for Linux library is a development library that
creates and reads many Quicktime movies. For video JPEG, RGB, or YUV2
compression is supported. For audio IMA4, ulaw, and PCM sound
is supported. Movies created with this library can be streamed and
viewed by all the major movie players. Also included is a
header dumper and streamizer.

Changes: Added ulaw and IMA4 audio compression. This
release contains all the features originally intended
for the first version,
plus a final name. Future changes will probably
consist of bug fixes only.
