Le problème ne vient pas forcément de la fin de l'arborescence
(/run/user/1000/dconf/user), mais du début, comme par exemple
"/run/user/", ou ailleurs).
Il faut reprendre les droits à la base:
chown root:root /run/user/
chmod 755 /run/user/
chown -R 1000:1000 /run/user/1000
A la réflexion, il y a peut-être un problème de UID (1000) et GUI
(1000) avec le compte "anne".
Vérifie que UID = GID = 1000 <=> anne . Pour cela :
grep 1000 /etc/passwd
grep 1000 /etc/group
Les deux devrait commencer par "anne:x:1000:"
