the tmscsim.c driver for the tekram SCSI card DC390

Note : I have tried the last DC390 driver ( 2000/01/XX )
and the result is even worse !
Once all the driver information have been displayed, the shell's prompt
doesn't appear any more and all commands to the CD-ROM drive are
ignored.
