Je précise que la section INBOUND ne sert que si on installe un *serveur*
ppp (c'est à dire qu'on autorise d'autres ordis à se connecter chez soi par
modem), ce qui ne sert généralement qu'aux fournisseurs d'accès.
C'est la partie OUTBOUND qui est utile.
