<conio.h> est une specificite dos/windows. Sur unix, la librairie ANSI
standard suffit: il faut utiliser <stdio.h> (plus eventuellement
<stddef.h> et <stdlib.h> selon tes besoins).
Cf un K&R pas trop vieux pour plus de details sur les appels ANSI
standards.
